RETURN POLICY

At Athreya, your and your family’s health matters! We will gladly accept product returns meeting the required conditions within 30 days of shipping.

 

Return Conditions:

1. Athreya Herbs is not responsible for any damage or defect caused after delivery
2. Damages caused due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this policy
3. Products should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

 

To return the product:

1. Please email to info@athreyaherbs.com, chat or over the phone at +1(323) 909-2981.
2. We will create a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
3. Please write this RMA# on the box label. We will use this RMA# to process your return.

 

How long it takes to receive your refund:

1. Once the product is received back at our warehouse, we will process the return and take appropriate action up to and including refund on the returned product after deduction of shipping charges & a 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount.
